Cuch has been playing a mix of Folk, Bluegrass, Celtic & especially Old Timey Music with the Appalachian Dulcimer since the early 1980s.
He has played at numerous Festivals, Workshops, Coffee Houses & Pubs around the United States, in Ireland & Saudi Arabia.
Formal setting include the Appalachian State University - Dulcimer Week, Swannanoa Gathering - Old Timey Week, Philly Folk Festival, Appalachian String Band Music Festival, Rockbridge Old Time Music Festival, Spring Gulch Folk Festival, Delaware Valley Bluegrass Festival, Cook Forest Folk Gathering, Pig Town Fling, Albert Hall, Mardi Gras Dulcimer Festival, Roscoe Village Fiddlers Contest, Flagstaff Folk Festival, North Georgia Foothills Dulcimer Festival, John C. Campbell Folk School, Pocono Dulcimer Festival, San Diego’s Root & Rhythm Festival; as well as many smaller venues (i.e. Algebra Tea House - Cleveland, Mannions Tavern - Somerville, Manuals Pub - Atlanta, Mitchell’s Tavern - Lambertville, & Mermaid Inn - Philly).
